Hello Fernando,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

As you have not provided this Information yet just a quick reminder / clarification.

The CX300 uses the OCS / LYNC client and this provides the drivers. Has any of these applications been installed on this PC ?

Is it the same PC type that you use where it works and the same operating system?

Hello Steffen,

Indeed, the computer has Lync installed, and it is the same kind of machine as mine, Windows 7 SP1 32bits.

We check if it was a conflict with another USB devices that might be plugged, but she only has the keyboard and mouse, so this option is not valid.

Let me know if you want me to provide any other info.

Thank in advance.

Fernando.

Hello Fernando,

if everything is identical and you have checked the functionality of the device itself you should go ahead and raise a ticket with Microsoft support.

Polycom manufactures the hardware and you checked this as working so your next point of escalation is Microsoft.

Hello Biodun,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

As already explained when I replied to Fernando above, there is no separate driver for any of the CX100/CX200/CX300 as these drivers are supplied via the LYNC / OCS client.

If the installation fails you need to contact Microsoft support and raise a case with them.
