Hello, I have a poly ccx 400 and i was wondering how I could do software updates. I know the latest update is out right now which is 8.1.3 and I read about using a FAT32 USB and renaming the update zip file to fv_update.zip and placing the usb stick into the phone to receive an update prompt. I did this however no update prompt popped up. I've also only added the Microsoft Teams add-on to my device. The current version of my device- Teams: 1449/1.0.94 and my firmware version is: 7.1.3. How can I update my phone or is it supposed to auto update?

Hello @mrshernosk
welcome to the HP Poly community.
The method you found is if you are running an initial Firmware for the CCX 400 just after the release.
