I have connected a Rove R8 Repeater to my system and for some reason the device is not updating the firmware like it did for the base and handset. This is on a metaswitch and we have device pack. Currently it is running 8003.10 and the system should be updating it to 

8010.2

 

Any ideas on why it is not automatically updating like all the other hardware?
