VVX IP 450

My desk phone was previously provisioned to Google Voice. I have deprovisioned it and now want to provision it with Ring Central. I googling how to do provision to RingCentral (we don't have an IT department) and the Web Configuration Utility in their demonstrations looks different than the one I am getting when I type in my IP Address (picture attached) and use username admin and password admin. All of the Provisioning Steps on RingCentral show how to provision using this interface. Not the one that's coming up for me.

Anyone have a clue as to how I can access the Web Configuration Utility screen as opposed to the one that's coming up when I enter my IP phone address (below)?

Hello @MackenzieST ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

Please check the below VoIP FAQ:

Sep 03, 2019 Question: Can I convert a Poly VVX into ObiEdition or UC Software?

ResolutionThe process is not officially supported by Poly.

  • If you want a VVX in Obi Edition please purchase the ObiEdition
  • If you want a VVX in UC Software please purchase a VVX in UC Edition

As stock issues may prevent users from purchasing the right phone an older guide on how this can be converted is >here<

Please note the process is not officially supported by Poly

The below has details on how to register a SIP server using the Obi or the UC Software interface:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register, or is my Poly Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Best Regards
