Hi everyone,
I have 2 VVX 411s both factory reset, and both when I try to connect via the web interface, they let me log in, but the dashboard has completely disappeared, everything is empty inside on both phones. The strange thing is that one has the 5.6.5 firmware and the other 5.9.4, but both look the same. I tried with 3 different browsers, I tried browsing as guest, I tried resetting them several times, I changed the network address, enabling and disabling the web interface, but without any success.
Do you have any idea how this is possible?

you saved my day, I changed my OS language and it worked immediately.. Thanks so much.

01/08/2024 voipt2.polycom.com has been decommissioned. Please use Poly Lens to download firmware and set up a local provisioning server

welcome to the HP Poly community.
This could be the OS Language or the Browser Language. We had cases like this before. Should be fixed in the latest UC Software Version. Upgrade by checking <removed> and do it via the Phone UI and upgrade to 6.4.4 or so.
