Dear polycom community,
in the last days something strange happens to my polycom cx3000 devices. (I have 5)
They are always plugged in with an peo-wire. And the user is logged on correctly.
But sometimes if I come back to the room all devices show me sign off....(I will add a picture if it happen again)
So i unplug the peo-wire and plug it again and all is working like there was never a Problem.
What happens here? Can you give me some advice's?
Thank you already.
Regards, Stephan

Hello Stephan,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to provide some details on the currently used software so others, who may have experienced the same issue, can compare this to their findings.
The Phone Software and the LYNC server itself are provided by Microsoft and all logging facility's are on the LYNC server itself so I suggest to raise a Ticket with out Partner Microsoft to get them to check for the root cause.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
