I have a Polycom IP 6000 with 4.0.16.0515 UC Software, im trying to install its certificate but i have a doubt because i cant reach a successful authentication against Clear Pass?
Where do i have to install device certificate?
Do i have to install Root CA certificate (Certificate from where I built device certificate. Also this Root Ca certificate was uploaded on Clear Pass)?
How do i have to setup TLS profiles and platform?
*** This version has not SCEP utility ***
I have tested following settings:
I've installed device certificate on multiple fields (Root Ca certificates and Device certificates on Ca Certificates multiple fields, Device certificates and Root Certificates on Device certificate fields etc )
Additionally this is clear pass error sent to us by provider.

Hello @ThreeBoss ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
Please see the below VoIP FAQ post:
Jun 25, 2012 Question: How can I add an 802.1x EAP-PEAPv0/MSCHAPv2 Certificate or use Dot.1x?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
The above explains that a combination of the Platform CA (via CA certificates) and Platform Certificate (via Device certificates) should be used.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
