Hello @ThreeBoss ,

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

The HP Poly community is not a place where you can just ask questions but never provide any form of feedback or answer or more context to already posted questions.

So far you have also posted >here<, >here< and >here<

As you have not included a copy of the file you are trying to upload and/or not provided any context around this based on your previous post I assume this still has to do with your issue around 802.1x.

Our public VoIP FAQ has this:

Jul 25, 2013 QuestionHow can I setup certain Device parameters on my phone via a configuration file?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

You will need to ensure when using device.set parameters, to have:

device.set="1"

I will no longer respond to any follow-up or new topics. If no other volunteer replies, and if the SSIP 6000 is still in warranty, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

Hello @ThreeBoss

against my previous statement, I have updated the 802.1 FAQ to hopefully make it even clearer what is needed and replied to this post again.

I do not see a key specified in your CFG and I am unaware of what format both certs are in. This is defined in the FAQ and there are other links to other articles in there too.

Simply import it via a web server and then check and compare the backup and work from there.

Best Regards

Simply no information for a volunteer to try and help
