Hello,

my Polycom IP7000 is stuck at booting up. It constantly shows the Polycom logo with red LED's. I tried to reset it with 1357 but  nothing happens. The loudspeaker does some sort of static sound too. The unit stays with the boot logo for hours and nothing is changing.

Is there anything i can do?

The MAC-adress/SN Number is 00:04:F2:EB:64:FA

Thank you for your help!

Hello @ChristianDobrinoff,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We had a few other reports like this and the unit is dead. Sometimes they recover for a while but it will then stop working again.

The unit was sold via Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. via INTERACTIVE INTELLIGENCE WAREHOUSE back in 30/03/2011.

Its well out of warranty therefore.
