Hi We have 2units Polycom IP 6000 conference phones that are not working here. It has 3 red lights and no display and stays that way. There are no problems with our phone system

Here their MAC/SN : 0004F2EC5249 and 0004F2E4BA92

The unit is defective and cannot be fixed. Only an RMA will help
