We have our Polycom SoundStation 6000 connected and working with our VoIP. Our service provider said that we could connect a handset to the SoundStation with a network cable, but we don't have a second jack on this model. We only have one network jack on the bottom, and two 4-pin jacks for Optional External Microphones. Is there a splitter or some way we can add a handset to the Soundstation unit?
Anyone have this configuration setup?
Thank you!
