I'm sorry I try to find a topic for my issue but I can't find nothing so I ask help.
I have a Polycom VVX 201 and until to find IP address no problem.
But as soon as I type the ip address on the PC I read "this site can't be reached and the IP address refuse to connect"
It is strange as I have also a polycom VVX 101 and I never had this problem.
Someone can help me?
Thank in advance.

Hello @Helpme ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ references the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible
Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the FAQs listed in my signature for your convenience.
For example is this using Skype for Business or openSIP
- If Skype for Business the Web Interface is disabled by default
- If openSIP it uses HTTPS only
The FAQ should have enough info to get you started
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

If you need immediate and/or official assistance for former Poly\Plantronics\Polycom please open a service ticket through your support channels
For HP products please check HP Support.
Please also ensure you always check the General VoIP , Video Endpoint , UC Platform (Microsoft) , PSTN

Hello,
thank very much for your reply.
with your insructions I was able to open the configuration page.
I've only a question.
Why polycom vvx 201 needs the https:// to reach configuration page, and for example the other phone I have the polycom IP 560 in my local network works with http://?
Thank for the reply in advance.

Hello @Helpme ,
I always recommend checking the FAQ first before asking a question. Example:
Jul 06, 2016 Question:Since Upgrading to UC Software 5.5.0 in Generic Base Profile I can no longer use HTTP?
Resolution: HTTPS only is supported since UC Software 5.5.0 only. Please check => here <= for more details
