I have a Polycom VVX 450 (firmware 6.4.3.5018) which has about 34 BLF lines.   What is happening, is that on the lines under Settings > Lines > Line # all show up in the configuration. I see the label on them and everything, however these lines are not appearing on screen or on the sidecar.  When I go to Utilities > Line Key Configuration they lines do not show their either.   I'm not sure what to think of this,  any suggestions?

Hello @TacoAlexanderBell ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

We potentially would need to see a backup and see if we can spot anything.

Is this a day-one issue? How is the unit provisioned? Have you tested this with fewer BLF's?

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organisation as the community is run by volunteers only.
