I wanted to ask about a Teams Phone incident I'm having. It concerns SIP Device Polycoms VVX500 and VVX310 which are no longer functional.

I notice that on one of the Polycoms I have the following address for a startup server: https://euwe.dm.sdg.teams.microsoft.com

I was wondering if this address was normal because when I look at the Microsoft documentation, it mentions the following address as the provisioning server for my region: http://emea.ipp.sdg.teams.microsoft.com

Hello @fm56 ,

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

You have posted in an incorrect section and a volunteer has moved your post. It has been moved to a section that is more suitable for you.

You also have an unanswered post >here< and leaving them in this state does not help other users so please validate the reply provided and update with a usable reply if this was addressed.

For your new issue you would need to work with our Partner Microsoft as they provide the configuraton the phone is running. We cannot answer for them.

Other volunteers may reply.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
