We are Office PBX developers and our customer want to use Polycom CX300 phones with our system. We have CTI software for windows and softphone, and we ready to implement support of CX300 headsets, but we can't find SDK or any protocol specifications. Please provide SDK/demos and protocol specification for developers.
Thanks.

Hello @erpico ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
To my personal knowledge, the CX300 and CX300R2 are end of sale and I am not aware of a SDK for this product. Its a simply USB HDI device.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Thanks for answer.
I found some reverse engineering experience of other people with this phones and now can receive events on button press, but display and leds still inaccessible.
This phone requests specialized driver or standard Windows 10 driver is enough for proper work.

Hello
the phone was originally developed to work with OCS, LYNC and then Skype for Business. I would suggest to work with our Partner Microsoft as they, to my own personal knowledge, originally developed the Hardware.
