In our UK office, we have some Soundstation Duo's that are doing the following:

  • Number cuts out before all digits are dialed.
  • You get no dialtone.
  • Or the number dials a completely different number then entered.

The strange thing is other SIP Duo's are not experiencing the same issue.  Any thoughts?

Hello KL,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

In addition are these SIP calls and are this made Off Hook aka. when the dial tone is played back.

Also if SIP is this a LYNC deployment ?
