HP Recommended

Holding from phone, HOLD update is not being sent (to freeswitch) when there is MOH being played. It only offers the MOH media.

The troubleshooting 3 section describes how our phone sends a HOLD to the Server and how we retrieve the call and how a special parameter for RFC 2543 can be used.
