We have been trying to plug and play the handsets out of the box but we have been unable to do so as the configuration is not being picked up by any of the handsets.

Please can we have some assistance in investigating this issue?

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and test the desk phone:
 

  • Connection Check: Ensure that the handset is securely connected to the handset port at the back of the desk phone.
  • Firmware Update: Verify that the desk phone is running the latest firmware version.
  • Provisioning Settings: Confirm that the desk phone is provisioned correctly. You can check this by navigating to:
    Settings → Advanced → Administration Settings → Network Configuration → Provisioning Server
