Hi Support,
We have several Polycom D60s here that we pair up with VVX 400's that work great. I have a customer that believes he can register this phone without pairing up the D60 to a VVX phone. You are unable to register a D60 alone correct?
I just wanted to double check.
Thank you,

As long as you have admin access to the Web Interface you should be fine. I suggest you double check with Verizon first.

There response to me was "because adding the D60 would require access to the advanced features of the VVX300 it cant be used because the advanced features are locked and we dont have access to them".
Does this explanation make sense to you?

Hello Gary,
without access to the Admin Level of the phone you cannot pair the unit.
