nikita,

I would suggest to upgrade to the latest Verison (3.2.6) => here <=

You can then just activate this via the Menu => Settings => Advanced (456) => Admin Settings => Network Configuration => Server Menu => and there is the Feature Tag SN to UA and enable it.

May also work on your older Version but I have no phone in the Lab running an old Version like this.

Best Regards

Hello nikita,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We recommend all users to check the Admin guide matching their Software Version.

As an example, UCS 3.3.0 Admin Guide => here <= mentions on page 3 - 12:

Tag SN to UA

If enabled, the phone’s serial number (MAC address) is included in the User-Agent header of the Microbrowser.
The default value is Disabled.

Is above what you are after or are you after the User Agent String in an SIP Message ?

Could you please be more specific and provide the Software Version you are currently using?

Regards

Sorry, I misunderstood you.

I meant User Agent String in an SIP Message.

Thanks.
