Hello @DSB,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Could you kindly share the SR number usually starting with 1- ?

 

I have 1 case at present that is using the recommended prior fixed software of 5.5.4 but in their case the issue is still present.

 

This is with Engineering and the logs show a problem with the EM.

Could you please expand on what is meant by:

"the logs show a problem with the EM."


Also, Is there a way to recreate this issue, or is it just by chance?  I have setup multiple VVX models with sidecars in my lab, and none of them "just stop working".

 

My current case number is: 1-8612914211

Hello @DSB,

EM = Expansion module. It simply printed some unusual logs and it is with the development team to look at.

 

I cannot reproduce the issue as it only happens for a customer.
