Hi guys

 

Is there any way of changing or disabling the Instant Messaging alerting sound at all?  This is for the VVX500 and 600 phones running 5.3.0 sip ld

Looking at the polycomConfig.xsd as described => here <= you can find the se.pat.misc.instantMessage.inst.X.value Parameter.
