I am experiencing what appears to be a half duplex issue when using the handset. When a conversation is taking place through the handset every time the VVX user talks you can hear a pause in what the other person is saying.

Hello garabed,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
A couple of your old posts => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution".
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice was useful and has helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently.
In addition not stating the currently used software version does not help. Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.
For your new question have you tried IP calling each other in order to test this is not something happening via the yet unknown SIP server you are using?
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
