HP Recommended

I have a VVX 410 that will not boot, I plug it in and the screen stays solid white. The headset, speaker, and mute buttons are all lit up, as is the red light in the upper right hand corner, but that is all i get. Any ideas? Picture attached

If another VVX 410 works in that same POE port then it is time to call your reseller to get a replacment.
