Where can I download the configuration files for Polycom 335, 560, 670 and 7000?

Hi Guys,

Do you have any idea where I can download the configuration files for Polycom 335, 560, 670 and 7000?  Thanks for your help in advance.

I have checked the website of Polycom and Polycom's support, but cannot find them.  As I have known, the configuration files are a set of files including master and the other configuration files.  Therefore, it would be very difficult for me to create these four sets of configuration files from the scratch.  Thanks for your kindly consideration in advance.

The software download files for the IP series phones are located via this link:

Hello Andrew,

You can get the phones configuration files in the format <MAC-Address>.cfg in the FTP (Provisioning Server) if these phones are already ones provisioned in your environment.

If this is a first time install, then you can download the latest software versions for these phone types from support.polycom.com.

The Spilt format of the software version will have a default configuration file 000000000000.cfg (all zeros.cfg) which will have the default configuration. You can modify the configuration as per your requirement and use the same.
