I am trying to upgrade a vvx 501 3111-48500-001 to firmware 5.5.1. I just did a fresh download from polycom.com and I keep getting the error messsage sip.ld not found. How can i correct this?

I suggest you switch to something useful like a FTP server or check your network and try again.
