Hi .I have HP Laptop which is only 4 Months old.
Device name LAPTOP-A2S5H5U9
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.33 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
Ive been using this Laptop only for converting and editing old video tapes to digital .but suddenly all audio is out of sync with choppy playback when using a number of different software, including Videoproc converter. Movavi video Editor, Dvd styler and Winx DVD. These all worked perfectly fine until a few weeks ago. now All playback on these Software's are either out of sync or choppy play back when watching MP4 Files. Also when burning mp4 onto a DVD 3 different DVD Burner software they result on audio being out of sync.
but strangely when I watch them on Default media players like Windows Media play or VlC, they are completely fine. so why cant I watch them on the Editing software all of the sudden?
The things I've already tried.
reinstalled Graphic Drive ( AMD RADEON )
All audio and graphic Updates.
Reset my Laptop and reinstall Windows 11.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi.
Thank you for your guidance so far.
I've just completed all the above and unfortunately I'm still having out of sync audio and choppy playback on all Editing software .
Could it be a firewall problem or a Windows 11 problem, its strange that this started few weeks ago.
