Hi there,  I did a complete reset on my computer and now the audio output is not working.  I tried to troubleshoot it but it can't identify the problem.  Please HELP!

Your machine is an HP ENVY 20-d034 TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop, its specs

Its support page ONLY has drivers up to Windows 8.1

Please download and install  IDT High Definition Audio Driver for Windows 10:

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71886.exe  or older

   http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe
