I was unable to find any Windows 11 drivers for your system at the below link

There are windows 10 drivers however

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-all-in-one-pc-24-xa0000i/23302609/model...

Please look at your bios and make a note of the ROM SSID and version

There are 3 possible bios updates: 84EE, 84EF, 84F0 and all are dated 2022

If your rom id matches one of the above then you might want to update if you have  an older version

It is always dangerous to update bios

There are several Bluetooth drivers listed above.  The latest on is 2021 try it

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp135501-136000/sp135639.exe

[edit] I just notice you have the older Bluetooth 4.2

Realtek 802.11b/g/n/a/ac (2x2) and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo

If that win 10 driver does not make things better you might consider upgrading your M.2 to a much better Wi-Fi & Bluetooth device

The one recommended by @Paul_Tikkanen below

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Wireless-and-Networking/Compatible-Wi-Fi-Bluetooth-M-2-2230-up...

Perhaps some of the even newer cards that support Bluetooth 5.3 and even faster wlan.  I cannot recommend which one to get
