Distorted Speaker Output

I just tried contacting HP support on my old computer. They are on the same network and the Support Assistant found the model number and serial number automatically. But when I requested Contact Support, I got the same thing - 4 squares blinking around forever. The URL which is not responding contains the model number and the serial number along with a bunch of other numbers and letters that don't mean anything to me. But I wonder if somehow there is something wrong with it that is causing this problem. Either that or the support line is backed up for hours.

I hear you, navigation can sometimes feel off-putting. If you are having trouble navigating via the contact HP options, generally it is because either your product is Out of Warranty or you are trying to get support beyond the business hours and our business hours falls between 8am to 6pm EST.
