So when I first received the computer, I had the option of connecting my phone to the built in B&O bluetooth speakers however the B&O speakers are no longer showing up on my list of available bluetooth devices to connect to.  I re-installed the B&O driver but it did not fix the problem.   Any suggestions?

@chillifrye -- are the B&O speakers currently "paired" with some other device?  If so, "unpair" them, and try to pair them with your phone.

Is Bluetooth enabled on your phone?

Is Bluetooth enabled on your computer?

Thanks for the reply but that sounds like different problem… no pun intended….I can’t find the B&O Bluetooth to pair with and it’s only ever been paired to my phone when it did work. Now it doesn’t show up at all as an option to connect to.

Thanks for the response, so it’s only ever paired to my phone…. We had a power outage around the same time this started so not sure if that may have anything to do with it.  I followed all the pairing instructions from the user manual.  Computer says that B&O Bluetooth is discoverable but it doesn’t come up on my phone,  doesn’t connect to my iPad either, both of which are connecting to my other BT devices.

Are you sure that Bluetooth is "enabled" on those two devices?

Will those two devices pair with your computer (or any other Bluetooth-enabled device) ?
