Product: VH240a Monitor

I have a HP VH240a monitor. 
The volume works fine.

But when I plug in my headphones I get no sound.  And my headphones are not broken. 

I am not seeing any options in the menu bar or the online manual for help. 

HOW DO I FIX THIS?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the headphone jack on the monitor is not working.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you install the monitor driver from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81634.exe

 

If you continue facing the issue, then do a factory reset on the monitor from the OSD menu on the monitor.
