i waited a hour but never loaded

any solutions?

Hi:

 

Use the drivers from the base model 15-ay100.

I just checked the page and it works just fine using Edge.

 

Takes less than a minute for the drivers to show up.

The one dated Jun 18, 2018 is for notebooks with the Pentium or Celeron processors and yours has an Intel core processor.
