Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I had a recent windows update [02/09/22]. Beats Audio no longer appears under the hidden icons. I tried several times [at least 10] to run thru the steps on the HP site to reinstall the IDT driver to no avail. I know I did this at least 2 times over the last several years [an update would kill my driver] but can no longer do it for some reason. Any help would be welcomed.

I ran a HP utility that informed me my device is:

HP ENVY 700-215xt CTO Desktop PC

I only have the one audio driver to select from the HP drivers page and that does not give me my Beats.

Hello and thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately, that did not work. No Beats Audio in the hidden icons. Pretty

sure I downloaded that particular file earlier. I also first did an uninstall for the current IDT driver via Device Manager.

Cool! Thank you! Thank you also to Banhien who replied earlier. Downloading sp71717.exe [which I did umpteen times

previously] did indeed work. What made me think it did not is Beats Audio did not appear in the hidden icons list, leading

me to conclude it did not work. So as you suggested, I looked at the control panel and viola! It was there. I will leave this as is

as for some reason window updates seem to clobber this app when it is in the hidden icons....apparently? Why do window

updates collide with this application? This has been a problem for the last several years. You would think someone would

tweak some code somewhere to address this. Perhaps this download does indeed address this by avoiding the hidden

icons? But any rate, I can easily bring up the app now and hopefully future windows updates will not clobber it anymore.

Thanks everyone for your help! Much appreciated.
