My sound mutes and will not unmute. I ran the audio diagnostics test and got this failure code:

The code generated is of little help.  I deleted the serial number of your PC from the report.

Unfortunately that I do not know.

 

Most likely it would require a motherboard replacement, since the audio chip is onboard and not a separately removable component.

 

Since you have an all in one PC, there are no expansion slots to add a sound card.

 

You could buy one of those inexpensive USB audio adapters in hope that would at least enable you to have sound.
