Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After update my PC to Windows 10 21H1 now my microphone not working .

My pc Workstation Tower HP Z2 G4

What already be done :

But nothing ... 

 

i tested 2 iphone earphones on this pc but the sound work good but the mic not work .

 

the same iphone earphones in to the other pc work very well
