Product: touchsmart 320 - 1010a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,  I recently have not been able to get my sound to work on my desktop, the error message I have found is:

IDT - Audio Device - IDT High Definition Audio CODEC - Error 0x8007001f

I have tried to update my driver but it keeps failing to download, when I look at the device it says that ther is no driver installed for this device. I cannot seem to find a windows 10 driver online, can I use a windows 7 or 8 driver?

Don't worry about this I solved it by reading through alot of the threads on the forum and coming across the answer in
