Hi there @RandomProbllama,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I understand that the audio is not working on your computer after reformatting it. I am happy to help with this.
Looking at the HP ENVY 23-d000el TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC "Software and Drivers Downloads" page, I note that there are no specific drivers available for Windows 10.
Why did you reformat the system?
What method did you use to install Windows 10?
If you check in Device Manager, what is showing up in your audio devices?
Have you tried removing any audio device and then scanning for hardware changes?
Please let me know.
