Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ho ripristinato il PC alle condizioni di fabbrica ed ora l'audio non funziona come se non avessi inserito le casse.

Non riesco ad aggiornare i drivers perchè in origine il sistema operativo era Windows 8.0 coi successivi aggiornamenti microsoft son passato a Windows 10 e nel sito HP non riesco a reperire i drivers necessari all'aggiornamento.

GRAZIE dell'aiuto

 restored the PC to factory conditions and now the audio does not work as if I had not inserted the speakers.

I can't update the drivers because originally the operating system was Windows 8.0 with subsequent updates microsoft I switched to Windows 10 and on the HP site I can't find the drivers necessary for the update.
