Product: HP Envy 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, 

 

Need help finding a suitable audio driver for HP Envy 23, WIndows 10 64 bit. When going to sound settings there is NO OUTPUT DEVICE. I have tried troubleshooting to no avail. Tried HP website to search driver for my machine but it returned nothing. Please help. Thank you.

Hi:

 

If you upgraded to W10 from an older operating system, and your PC came with the IDT audio system, see if installing this W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model all in one PC gets the sound to work again.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver...
