Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with the audio card on your device. Please rest assured, drivers for your unit are available on the HP support website. You can download the latest audio drivers directly from there to resolve the issue.

 

Here’s how you can do that:

Visit the HP Support website.

Enter your device's model number or use the "Detect My Product" feature.

Navigate to the "Drivers & Downloads" section.

Select your operating system and download the appropriate audio driver.

Once downloaded, install the driver and restart your computer.
