Greetings @Leon97510,
Thanks for the post.
I understand that bests audio app is not responding on your computer, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
Have you tried to update all the drivers using HP Support Assistant?
Based on the specifications of your computer, I see that your computer came with Windows 8.1. Click here.
Looks like you have upgraded to Windows 10.
Was the beats audio app working after installing Windows 10?
Recommend you uninstall the audio driver from device manager and install it back.
Open device manager by doing a right-click on the Windows button.
Expand "sound, video and game controllers"
Right-click on the audio driver and uninstall it.
Restart your computer and install it back from this link.
Let me know if this helped.

Thank you for responding,
The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.
As I understand the beats audio app no longer works,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Have you attempted to reinstall the beats audio driver using the device manager?
Did you try recovering the same from the HP website or the HP Recovery manager?
If you've attempted the steps suggested by my colleague in the original post (Click here to re-visit) and yet the issue persists,
You may want to recover the same using the HP Recovery manager: Click here for instructions.
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.
