beats audio missing after win 10 update

lost beats audio after win 10 update. been trying different drivers but none work and now dont have audio. can you please find me the right driver?

@stevenewman, welcome to the forum.
HP isn't providing drivers for Win 10 at this point. You should try the Audio driver for Win 8 to see if it works. You will find it in the link that I provided in the section titled Driver-Audio.

unfortunately, both drivers for win 8 and win 8.1 were cancelled due to my product not being compatible. got anything else i could try? you'd figure hp would have something to work around this.

Hi:
See if installing this W10 Beats/Tempo audio driver resolves the problem.
Install and restart the PC.
This package provides the IDT Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
File name: sp71717.exe
Now, if that doesn't work, try the alternative suggestion I posted below marked as the solution and what the person's reply to that solution was.

still didnt get the beats audio back, but i do have sound again using the alternative way. with the others i'd have beats back but no sound! anyhoo, thanks to both of you guys for your help!
