my hp envy computer has not yet been connected to my air pod pros. when I go to connect them, the air pods do not show up on the Bluetooth portion. I've tried resetting and all the little tricks, yet nothing seems to work. how do I connect my air pod pros?

@avery123, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled:

  • Go to the Start Menu and open Settings.
  • Navigate to Devices, and then select Bluetooth & other devices.
  • Ensure that Bluetooth is turned on.

Put AirPods in Pairing Mode:

  • Open the lid of your AirPods case with the AirPods inside it.
  • Press and hold the button on the back of the case until the light starts blinking white, indicating it’s in pairing mode.

Add Bluetooth Device:

  • In the Bluetooth & other devices settings, click on Add Bluetooth or other device.
  • Select Bluetooth from the list of options.
  • Wait for your AirPods to appear on the list of discoverable devices and select them to pair.

Troubleshoot Bluetooth Issues:

  • If they're still not appearing, ensure that your AirPods have sufficient battery and are close to your computer.
  • Restart both your computer and AirPods and try the pairing process again.

Update Drivers:

  • Check for any Bluetooth driver updates via the Device Manager on your HP Envy.
  • Open the Device Manager (search for it in the Start Menu), expand the Bluetooth section, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, and select Update driver.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
