speakers dont work, I try to do updates and they wont go through, when i try to print from internet it just keeps loading never can print

I understand that you are having issues with no sound.

 

Are you facing issues with the internal speakers or external ones?

 

Meanwhile, No sound coming from the speakers (no volume or the audio is not working), sound is muffled, intermittent, crackling/popping, distorted or no sound after update? Resolve sound and audio problems including microphone-related issues using our automated diagnostic Audio Check tool

After that, try updating the drivers. Click here
