I ran the HP audio test and got the error message: Q0ALGC-7SN9P5-WPTWLK-21XF03

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

 

As you have performed a test on the Audio from F2 which has resulted in a failure ID: Q0ALGC-7SN9P5-WPTWLK-21XF03

 

Failure ID Code 107  and the error message indicates a possible Audio failure. 

 

As this is a hardware issue, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
