I hope you find your Support Forum experience a positive one!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts and other support personnel. I understand that the microphone on your headset is not working with your computer. I am happy to assist you with this.

 

I would suggest you follow this document: HP PCs - Resolving Microphone and Line-in Problems (Windows 7).  If that does not help, I would recommend that you contact Turtle Beach Support - www.turtlebeach.com/contact-support.

 

Please let me know whether that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.
