All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an All-in-One 24-g214.  I updated the BIOS this morning from the

HP support website.  Upon restart the computer emits 3 long and 3 short beeps but the screen remains black.  I have tried a hard reset by removing  power cord and holding down power button then reconnecting power.  I have looked at the chart that says this beep sequence relates to a hardware issue and recommends  reseating memory or video cards. I have no idea how to do this on an All-in-One.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

A 3:3 BIOS error code relates to a graphics card problem per this HP Support site (Link).

You have integrated graphics so a graphics initialization problem is a motherboard problem.

I would try all steps to recover the BIOS at this site (Link). This (Link) shows how to replace memory modules, I don't know if this will help you.

Regards

You may have to contact HP Support (Link) for a fix
