Hello Im Using Hp Compaq 6000 Pro SFF 

But yesterday I trying to use my computer but when power on pc do 5 time beep.I search on internet,mostly say ram problem but I try to without ram and same things happened.Also screen never turn on.

Yes, it is either a memory or motherboard issue.

 

There are specific troubleshooting steps you should take to correct the problem.

 

See the troubleshooting guide at the link below, Appendix A, page 58 for how to troubleshoot the 5 beep code error.
