It's remotely possible.
You can see if updating the BIOS gets the processor to work, but in order to do that, you would need to reinstall the i7-3770 processor that was working.
The PC is completely non-functional when you get any type of beep code.
To update the BIOS to the latest version you first need to update it to v2.99.

Then you can update it to v3.08.

There are various methods to update the BIOS.
If you are not running a supported operating system (W7, W8, W8.1), then you should use the F10 BIOS setup flash method.
